The creator and front-man for the online cooking show, Cooking with the Pan, visited San Francisco over the weekend. Not only did he spend 48 hours building a desk for us in the living space but he also managed to film an episode of his show, featuring our very own figs! We’ll make sure to link to him when that video is up and running. In the meantime, check out the images from the weekend here.
Also, while the Pan was cooking, Joe got our plumbing up and running in the temporary shower. The water is super hot and most importantly, the pressure could skin a cat (as the Pan would say).
The only thing I can’t figure out is why there are so many booby pictures up around our house. I guess they needed the inspiration.

Bread knives and Mandolines for slicing are so passe, I’m now convinced every kitchen needs a table saw for quick food prep.
After the cutlery companies see this edition of pan i wouldn’t be surprised if you see 10″ circular Wusthof blades in your local William Sonoma.
Good to see The Pan cooks outside the box, but a ladder is no place to play on. Be safe kids.
