We have no real excuse for not posting to h&f for so long. I suppose we just got busy, plain and simple. Also while I really enjoyed the last design theme for the blog, it was a little cumbersome to post to (lots of resizing of images in photoshop). Therefore, we’ve switched to a more traditional blog-style for easier and quicker posting (I can hear my husband saying “I told you so”). So we’re back up and posting. Lots of silly little projects to update on and everyone’s been asking me about the kitchen. For some reason all of you want to see the squalor we cook in. That post will be up very soon. In the meantime, here’s a few pics of the old site - in remembrance.

Thanks for the new post…seriously thank you. Visiting houseandfig.com is one of my standard time wasters and until today, man, i’ve sure been wasting my time reading that article about the box of trinkets you found over and over again. Glad your back. This new format suits me just fine!
